List of Subprocessors

1. General Information

To deliver our Services, Nodify collaborates with the Subprocessors outlined in the tables below. A Subprocessor refers to a third-party entity engaged by Nodify Systems, Inc. or its relevant affiliates to handle the processing of Customer Personal Data.

These Subprocessors are carefully selected to support compliance with data protection regulations and the secure handling of personal information, maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of all processed data.

Note that the following tables include Subprocessors engaged in the core of Services and this list may be supplemented in the future.

2. New Subprocessor Notifications

You can subscribe to notifications about new Subprocessors by emailing [email protected] with the subject “Subscribe to New Subprocessors.”

After you sign up to receive new Subprocessor notifications, Nodify will send you information about any new Subprocessor before authorizing them to process your Personal Data. You will have 10 days from receipt of the notice to submit a legitimate, good-faith objection to the new Subprocessor.
